MEDICAL WATCH:
--F Nicolas Batum had surgery last Friday in Los Angeles to repair a torn right labrum. He'll be lost at least until the All-Star break.
--F Jeff Pendergraph underwent hip surgery in September. The rookie probably won't be available until around Christmas.
--G Patty Mills underwent surgery to repair a broken leg in July. His return won't happen for at least another two months.
