PLAYER NOTES: --C Greg Oden had six rebounds in the first seven minutes but also had two missed dunks in the game's first five minutes. He finished with only two points and seven boards in 19 minutes.
--C Joel Przybilla was sensational off the bench with eight points, a game-high 14 rebounds and two blocks in 26 minutes.
--G Brandon Roy, named Western Conference player of the week earlier in the day, scored a team-high 23 points, making 9-of-19 shots from the field and 5-of-6 from the line. He also had six rebounds and five assists and teamed with F Travis Outlaw (11 of his 16 points in the first half) to keep Portland alive in the early going.
--G Steve Blake continued his strong perimeter shooting, knocking down 4- of-6 from three-point range. Blake collected 14 points and six assists with one turnover in 29 minutes.
