Portland Trail Blazers Roster Report 2008-11-23

Portland Trail Blazers Roster Report 2008-11-23
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Steve Blake, Shooting guard Brandon Roy, Small forward Nicolas Batum, Power forward LaMarcus Aldridge, Center Joel Przybilla. Bench -- Forward Travis Outlaw, Center Greg Oden, Guard Rudy Fernandez, Guard Sergio Rodriguez, Forward Channing Frye.

PLAYER NOTES:

--C Greg Oden had more foul trouble at Phoenix. He got his fourth personal with two minutes left in the third quarter and his fifth with 10:37 left in the game.

--Backup F Channing Frye had a nice game Saturday, one of his best of the season. He got nine points and eight rebounds in 17 minutes. His playing time fluctuates a bit; he's gone as many as 26 minutes and as few as seven this year.

--C Joel?Przybilla was 10-for-10 from the field in the last two games going into Phoenix -- but he strangely didn't attempt a shot in 29 minutes against the Suns. (Shaquille O'Neal had something to do with that, but not everything). So Przybilla's season field-goal percentage remained at .826.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--No news is good news for the Blazers, especially when it comes to Oden. He's been able to play seven games in a row since coming back from a sprained foot. He's still not starting, and he's not moving completely like his old self (pre-microfracture knee surgery), but he seems to be gradually getting his legs back.

--G Martell Webster, who has missed the entire season, will be out for at least another week.
