ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Steve Blake, Shooting guard Brandon Roy, Small forward Nicolas Batum, Power forward LaMarcus Aldridge, Center Joel Przybilla. BENCH: Guard Rudy Fernandez, Guard Sergio Rodriguez, Forward Travis Outlaw, Forward Channing Frye.

PLAYER NOTES:

--F Travis Outlaw and G Rudy Fernandez combined for 16 first-quarter points to stake the Blazers to a 36-28 lead, making 4 of 5 from 3-point range.

--G Brandon Roy had another big game with 27 points, including a miracle shot on a drive to the basket in the fourth quarter. But he had to leave the game late due to back spasms.

--G Rudy Fernandez did a little bit of everything, registering 16 points, three assists and three steals in 32 minutes. He was only 4 of 10 from the field but made 4 of 6 on 3-pointers.

--G Steve Blake had a season-high 20 points, making 10 of 11 from the foul line, including 8 of 8 in the game's final 1:17.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--F Martell Webster (stress fracture in a foot) hopes to return to duty by mid-December.

--C Greg Oden (sprained right foot) could return to action Wednesday against Miami.

--G Brandon Roy (back spasms) is day to day.
