Portland Trail Blazers Notes, Quotes 2009-03-19
--C Greg Oden's presence impacted the game at both ends.

"I'm just trying to learn from Joel (Przybilla)," he said. "He's been doing a great job since I've been out. I've been trying to figure out what he's doing and just imitate him.

"It feels good (to be back in action). I definitely want to be a part of this team. I want to help these guys get into the playoffs."

--Indiana closed to within 61-54 midway through the third quarter before the Blazers went on a 13-0 run to pretty much ice the game.

"Coach (Nate McMillan) called timeout and got on us," Roy said. "He said, 'This game's not over. The only way we're going to win is playing the way we did to build the lead.'"

QUOTE TO NOTE: "I knew a lot of people in the stands. Everybody was yelling my name. Most important thing, I got to play in front of my mom." -- C Greg Oden, on playing in his hometown of Indianapolis. The rookie had missed the previous 15 games with a knee injury.
