--A night after collecting 11 points, 11 rebounds and four blocked shots against New Orleans, C Greg Oden had 13 points, eight boards and three blocks off the bench to help the Blazers rally past Minnesota.
"He seems to be getting his confidence and getting his feel for playing with our guys," Portland coach Nate McMillan said. "And our guys are getting used to playing with him." "This was just a taste of it," G Brandon Roy said. "He didn't give you the whole meal; it was just a taste of what he is going to do."
--Roy's consistency has been a key to Portland's success this season. The All-Star has scored more than 20 points in each of the Blazers' four games on the trip, averaging 23.5 points.
QUOTE TO NOTE: "The guys were like, 'You killed in college; you can do it here.' I knew if I kept working, it would come." -- C Greg Oden, after helping Portland beat Minnesota.
