LOUISIANA CONNECTIONS

* New Orleans native Thaddeus Young of the Philadelphia 76ers had 11 points and one rebound in 22 minutes in the 76ers' 100-79 win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday night.

* Former LSU standout Tyrus Thomas of the Chicago Bulls had six points, five rebounds and four assists in the Bulls' 102-98 win over the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night.

* Former LSU star Glen "Big Baby" Davis had 12 points on 5-of-6 shooting, including his first career 3-pointer, in a 118-86 win over the New Jersey Nets. He also pulled down three rebounds on Wednesday night. Davis averages 4.2 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.

* Slidell native Chris Duhon of the New York Knicks had 17 points, nine assists and five rebounds in the Knicks' 128-122 win over the Washington Wizards on Wednesday night. Duhon played a game-high 42 minutes.

* Former LSU standout Brandon Bass of the Dallas Mavericks had six points and six rebounds in 33 minutes of play off the bench in the Mavericks' 104-97 loss to the New Orleans Hornets on Wednesday night.

* Former LSU player Anthony Randolph scored two points, blocked two shots and pulled down seven rebounds in 16 minutes of play in a 135-133 triple-overtime loss to the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night.
